How XBookDeals works — and who runs it
Who owns this site
XBookDeals is owned and operated by NovusText, an online bookstore that sells new academic and professional books below publisher list price — and one of the stores listed in every comparison here. We say this plainly because you deserve to weigh our results knowing exactly who built the scale.
How the comparison works
We track 13,000+ new titles with live prices, and we compare new copies. For each book, the NovusText price is shown directly (it's our own — we can vouch for it to the cent). For every other retailer we link you to the same ISBN on their site, so the price you see there is theirs, live, unfiltered by us.
How we make money
When you buy from NovusText, that's our sale. Links to other retailers are currently plain links — if some become affiliate links in the future, we'll disclose it here.
